Pool Opening Delayed

Given the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the HOA board is working closely with our pool servicer, A-Beautiful Pools, to establish the necessary protocols to safely reopen the pool to all residents. We hope this can be completed soon, and will notify all residents once we are able to confirm an opening date.

Friendly Reminder: Alligators

Please be aware of Alligators on the trail during your walk and to keep pets and children away from playing near the water or the creek behind our neighborhood.  
Main Entry Improvement Project

The OLE board has approved a major renovation of the front entrance area.
This project will include a major enhancement of the outer landscaping area, located just outside of the main entrance gate on FM 1464. Led by the landscaping committee, improvements will include new plants, stone, mulch, sod, and landscape lighting.
Work on the project is expected to begin in March, and will last 1-2 weeks. During this period, please be cautious while driving through the area.
Newsletter Discontinued

The HOA board of directors has officially discontinued distribution of a neighborhood wide newsletter. The last edition was emailed out on January 10th, 2020.
The board welcomes any comments or feedback as to the future of the newsletter and and/or other means of communication.

Community Policy Reminders

Please remember to maintain your lawn and landscaping. This includes regular mowing, trimming, edging, and maintenance of road facing fences.

A Kind Reminder About Parking

OLE has a "No Street Parking Permitted" policy. The only exceptions to this are "Obvious and identified service vehicles, lawn crew, and emergency vehicles".

2020 Annual Budget

The 2020 Annual Budget has been approved. Member dues will remain unchanged at $1,200 per year.
