No Street Parking

Please be mindful that street parking of any vehicles in Orchard Lake Estates is prohibited.
Owners may seek a "temporary" variance for their guests by submitting a written request to Spectrum Association Management.
If you are hosting an event and anticipate an overflow of street parking at your residence, please notify Spectrum AM at JBrown@SpectrumAM.com with the pertinent details. Even if your driveway is full, you cannot park on the street unless you have received approval.
Street parking without prior approval could result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.
