This is a friendly reminder to submit your HOA assessment in the amount of $1200 by January 31, 2021 to avoid any late fees. You can call Spectrum AM and pay over the phone 1 (281) 343 9178, through the website of Spectrum AM (www.spectrumam.com) or via postal mail.
